Position Overview

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) monitor vital signs and administer immunizations, and basic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions.
  • Monitor and record residents' vitals and overall health status.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide wound care and assist with bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care.
  • Track and report residents' food and fluid intake/output.
