Position Summary:
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling the day to day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers.
Position Requirements:
• Excellent communication abilities, strong computer and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficient in use of software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate skill level in composing letters and business email.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• May require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
• Photoshop or photo editing experience is a plus.
Position Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone, email and web chat support to customers.
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Process, enter and follow through with all customer orders using various programs.
