The Designer, Creative Marketing develops high-quality creative assets that bring marketing strategies to life across a variety of channels and media. This role blends brand-minded thinking, visual storytelling, and design excellence to create engaging content that connects with customers and strengthens the brand.
Operating within established brand frameworks, the Designer collaborates closely with creative peers, marketing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact work that meets strategic objectives. As creative technology continues to evolve, this role will also leverage new tools and content-at-scale solutions to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation-enhancing both the quality and velocity of creative delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 20% - Collaboration & Partnership - Partner with creative peers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns that align with marketing objectives
  • 60% - Creative & Design Execution - Design and produce marketing assets across digital, print, and emerging channels-translating strategy into compelling, on-brand visual solutions that drive engagement.

  • Portfolio demonstrating experience contributing to digital campaigns, assets, and content
  • Understanding of motion and interactive design tools a plus
  • Knowledge of digital design systems and UX design principles a plus
