Job description

The Brand Content Creator is responsible for creating, capturing, editing, and producing engaging multimedia content that supports the Peach State Truck Centers brand, promotes company services, and strengthens customer and employee engagement across digital and internal platforms.
This position serves as the organization's in-house visual storyteller and content producer, developing professional photo, video, and social media content that highlights dealership operations, service capabilities, vocational truck applications, customer relationships, recruiting initiatives, and company culture. The role requires a highly creative and self-directed individual capable of managing projects from concept through final production while working in dealership, shop, customer, and field environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop creative multimedia concepts and content strategies to support marketing, branding, recruiting, and communication initiatives
• Capture professional-quality photography and videography in dealership, service, parts, body shop, warehouse, customer, and field environments
• Produce and edit multimedia content for social media platforms, company websites, recruiting campaigns, digital advertising, and internal communications
• Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and related digital channels
• Edit video and photo content using graphics, captions, music, motion elements, branding overlays, and transitions to maximize audience engagement
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and operational departments to identify opportunities for storytelling and content development
• Film and produce customer testimonials, employee spotlights, truck deliveries, dealership events, vocational truck applications, and operational activities
• Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging, and visual standards across all content
• Assist with content planning, campaign execution, and digital media scheduling
• Monitor social media trends, digital engagement metrics, and emerging multimedia technologies to support content effectiveness
• Organize, archive, and maintain digital assets, production files, and multimedia libraries
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules
• Travel between dealership locations, customer sites, and company events as required
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while representing the company in public and customer-facing environments
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Journalism, Multimedia Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in multimedia production, content creation, videography, photography, digital marketing, or related field
• Experience producing professional social media and digital marketing content
• Experience using professional video editing, photography, and graphic design software
• Preferred: Experience within transportation, trucking, automotive, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or dealership industries
• Preferred: Experience supporting corporate branding and digital marketing initiatives
• Preferred: Experience with motion graphics and advanced video editing techniques
• Preferred: FAA Part 107 Drone Certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong photography, videography, and visual storytelling skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and transport production equipment, lighting equipment, tripods, and camera gear up to 40 pounds

• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license

Working Conditions
This position routinely operates in office, dealership, service shop, warehouse, customer, and outdoor environments. Exposure to moving vehicles, mechanical equipment, industrial noise, and varying weather conditions may occur.
