Position Overview

Your Responsibilities

  • Organic Social Media: Manage and publish content across owned social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), assist in developing and maintaining a social content calendar, and monitor social channels for engagement and issues.
  • Influencer Recruitment & Outreach: Research and identify potential influencer partners, execute outreach communication, and maintain influencer databases.
  • Influencer Kits & Campaign Materials: Assist in creating welcome kits and campaign materials, coordinate product logistics, and ensure influencers have the tools they need for successful collaborations.
  • UGC Collection, Editing & Posting: Collect and organize user-generated content, perform basic video/image editing, and publish approved content to social channels.
  • Paid Media Adaptation: Repurpose organic content for paid media use, adapting formats to meet specifications across various platforms.
  • Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies on campaign objectives, track deliverable timelines, and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role; internship experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content formats.
  • Basic video and photo editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar.
  • Experience with or exposure to influencer and social media marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Creator.co, AspireIQ, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, on-brand content.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for social media and digital culture.
  • A passion for outdoor recreation and adventure is a big plus.
