Level 2 – Social Media & Content Marketing Associate (Advanced)

This position ensures that Attica Motorsports maintains a professional, engaging, and compliant online presence while supporting the dealership’s sales operations. Associates handle photography, content creation, website updates, and OEM/manufacturer compliance.

Level 2 is an advanced associate with strategic marketing, content creation, and leadership abilities who drives dealership branding and growth initiatives.

  • Core Responsibilities (Both Levels): Capture, edit, and post professional-quality photos and videos for dealership inventory, trades, and promotions.
  • Update and maintain website inventory listings (pricing, availability, photos, specs, rebates).
  • Manage dealership social media content creation and posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Follow approval processes for all content (file naming, caption writing, approval submissions, archiving).
  • Support dealership sales operations (unit tagging, Done Row management, fresh trades, VIN verification, key management).
  • Conduct daily/weekly OEM compliance checks:
  • Audit Polaris inventory for photo compliance using the admin panel.
  • Replace non-compliant stock photos with dealership-branded, compliant images.
  • Add Attica logo and phone number where required and re-upload.
  • Perform regular audits of website and social platforms for accuracy, branding, and compliance.
  • Assist with dealership promotions, campaigns, and event coverage (live posting, reels, promotional graphics).
Skill Requirements
  • Advanced Photography & Editing: Proficient in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, advanced mobile photography, and editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Premiere Pro).
  • Content Strategy: Able to design, plan, and execute multi-platform content calendars (seasonal campaigns, promotions, launches).
  • Creative Copywriting: Writes professional, persuasive captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored to each platform.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media algorithms, digital ad strategy (Google, Meta), and SEO fundamentals.
  • Analytical Skills: Uses engagement metrics and compliance audits to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Independence: Works with minimal supervision; produces compliant, brand-consistent content that requires little to no revision.
