The Beyer Automotive Group is a family ran business, currently selling and servicing Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, Subaru, Mazda, and Volkswagen across greater Washington DC andย Shenandoah Valleyย at five separate locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
  • Calculate and process the customerโ€™s bill using the dealershipโ€™s computer system
  • High Visibilityย Position: Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise
  • Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.ย 
  • Maintains accurate vehicle inventory.ย 
  • Filing dailyย 
  • Switchboard operatingย 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer Skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.ย
