Employees in these roles communicate with customers or clients over the phone to provide information, solve problems, or sell products and services. Phone jobs can be found in call centers, help desks, and many businesses that require direct customer interaction. These roles often require strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle difficult conversations. Many phone jobs can also be done remotely, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
