Staff Management Group is seeking a Cell Phone Technician for our client in East Windsor, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
  • 3rd Shift: 9:30PM - 6AM or 8PM

Pay Rate:
  • $22 - $28 / hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technician to support daily production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves handling electronic devices, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and supporting operational processes while following company safety procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform assigned production and warehouse tasks according to company procedures
  • Handle electronic devices and materials with care and attention to quality
  • Maintain accurate records using company systems as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient
  • Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or electronics experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
