As a Sales Associate , you will be responsible for driving sales for a territory of KidStrong centers. In this critical position, the Sales Associate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals with a commission bonus structure in place. The Sales Associate must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required.
The Sales Associate must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey. Exceptional Sales Associate will maintain great relationships with families they enroll in order to drive retention and to serve as an ongoing source of referrals.
Availability to work the schedule required. This is NOT a 9a-5p job Mobility to support the territory is required. The role is 10% Travel to Sales and Marketing opportunities. The remaining 90% will be spent in center, interacting with parents during classes, camps, birthday parties, parents night out, planning marketing/sales events within the community, and making volume phone calls to potential members. . Flexibility in their availability is required Sales Manager will work 4 week days and 1 weekend day with specific hours based on the needs of the centers they support. It will be a requirement for the first 90 working days to be in person at one of our open locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads (200+ calls/day is a typical outbound phone sales effort)
  • Properly manages and exceeds all KidStrong sales and operational budgets
  • Oversee the sales process and systems. Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; GloFox, Podium Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and autodialer systems.
  • Work closely with Operations Associate on seamless process for observations, trials, and enrollments
  • Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong corporate/owner requests and client/ lead requests
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity
  • Create and implement quarterly community engagement plans to drive lead generation and support brand awareness
  • Proactively source partnerships and corporate sales opportunities
  • Attend team meetings as required and support center level initiatives i.e. center maintenance, trainings, etc.
  • Trained and certified as a Coach to understand the monthly programing by being able to coach 1 class a week and on call per operational need to coach class.
  • Attend offsite community / marketing events 3 times a month.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (200+ calls/day is a typical outbound phone sales effort)
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
  • Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence

  • Practical work experience using Microsoft and Google Products
  • Prior CRM experience is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred, but not required.

This position will not directly supervise any employees but will work with team of coaches to enhance the trail and sales process while in center during class hours.
