Description
Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Float Concierge Banker to support members across multiple branch locations and our Virtual Banking Center (VBC). This role provides service to members through video, phone, chat, and in-person interactions while ensuring consistent service coverage where needed.
This position requires flexibility in schedule and location, including travel between branches and virtual support as business needs require. Additional stipend pay will apply.
Starting Hourly Rate: $17.80 per hour

Schedule Requirements
  • Weekday schedule varies by location and business needs
  • Availability required on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Work across multiple branch locations and the Virtual Banking Center to support operational needs
  • Assist members via video, phone, chat, and in person
  • Process routine member requests such as address, phone, and email updates; wire transfers; stop payments; and check orders
  • Open new membership accounts
  • Answer questions related to credit union products and services
  • Maintain working knowledge of Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) functionality
  • Provide referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers when appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, services, and procedures
  • Fill in at assigned locations as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations (100% travel availability required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, sales, or a customer-facing role
  • Customer service experience required
  • Call center or virtual service experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing work environments
