Responsibilities:
- Generate and revise life insurance illustrations based on advisor or team member requests, incorporating changes in underwriting, premiums, and case design as needed.
- Log all illustration proposals in the CRM system according to established guidelines for accurate and detailed reporting; store documents following filing protocols.
- Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate life insurance products and concepts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and offerings.
- Maintain expertise in life insurance products, case design software, and presentation tools; prepare and communicate sales proposals and presentations to producers, clients, and staff.
- Order In-Force Ledgers from carriers upon request and ensure timely follow-up and review for accuracy.
- Support field requests by providing necessary forms, prepared applications, and additional documentation as required.
- Monitor and gather current marketplace information on product pricing, features, and new offerings to stay informed and competitive.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of electronic application submission platforms and serve as a resource for training and assistance.
- Adhere to all established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all case design and illustration activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
Education and Experience:
- High School, GED or related industry experience required
- 0-2 years related industry experience, a plus but not required
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Exhibits accountability, effective follow-up, and maintains confidentiality.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- Collaborates well in team environments, including virtual teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based platforms such as carrier and vendor websites.
