• Conduct thorough evaluations of client mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, providing tailored support and fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and collaborating effectively with other health care professionals.
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions that help clients surpass their goals and enhance their mental resilience.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other pertinent stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Phoebe Putney Health Solutions, you will be responsible for working with a diverse clientele comprising individuals, couples, and families. Our caseload includes children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various challenges, including addiction, relationship issues, and mental health diagnoses. Your expertise will contribute significantly to helping these clients develop healthier coping mechanisms and relationships.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with community resources and the capacity to navigate fee collection processes at the time of service.
• Proficiency in crafting treatment plans and clinical case notes, alongside experience in mental health documentation.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Prior involvement in developing and implementing creative therapies that cater to individual client needs.
• Ability to pass background checks and demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices in therapy.
