This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Senior Retail Product Manager (Halo Outdoor Portfolio) based near Peachtree City, Georgia with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Define and execute the short- and long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, market trends, and retailer priorities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in smart lighting, connected technologies, sustainability, and retail merchandising.
  • Drive successful product launches using defined stage‑gate and commercialization processes.
  • Prioritize investments and resources to maximize growth opportunities and strategic outcomes.
  • Monitor market performance, customer feedback, adoption metrics, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support key retail partners through product storytelling, category insights, and business reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management, product marketing, category management, or related commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience working with major retail channels, including big-box retailers and omnichannel environment (ideally builder category).
  • Experience in lighting, electrical products, smart home technologies, building products, consumer durables, or adjacent industries preferred.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights, market analytics, and consumer research to drive product decisions.
Salary

$125,000 - $183,000
