StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $315000.00 - $350000.00

Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking a physician or senior laboratory leader to serve as Co Director of the IU Genetic Testing Laboratories within the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing academic lab and help guide its next phase of growth across clinical diagnostics and genomics.

The laboratory is based within IU School of Medicine and supports patients throughout IU Health and across the state. The role is flexible and can be shaped to align with your strengths-whether that’s operational leadership, clinical expertise, or strategic growth.

We are seeking candidates who are board-certified or board-eligible MD, MD/PhD, or PhD, with experience in molecular genetics, cytogenetics, and/or clinical laboratory leadership. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working within a complex academic and health system environment, with an interest in helping programs grow and evolve.
