Compensation:
Pay Range:
$132,707.00 - $182,471.75
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree in related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD in related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in government contracting requirements and cost control guidelines.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Powerful communication style and inspirational leadership approach.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, CPA, or other prestigious professional certifications.
  • Experience with Earned Value Reporting in IPMR or IMPDAR formats.
  • Successful experience with defense or government contracting.
  • Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Proven success in previous supervisory roles.
