Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a skilled outpatient pharmacist to support retail pharmacy operations in Cambridge City, IN. The role focuses on ensuring prescription accuracy, providing patient counseling, and facilitating communication with healthcare providers in a busy outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
