See Your Work in a New Light
At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light - more warmth, more clarity, and more connection. Behind every successful patient experience is a pharmacy operation built on precision, teamwork, and accountability.
We're looking for a Pharmacy Technician who wants their work to mean something - someone who brings care, accuracy, and purpose to every step of medication preparation and fulfillment.
Why This Role Matters
The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in patient care. By ensuring medications, supplies, and sterile preparations are handled accurately and efficiently, this role helps ensure patients receive the right therapy at the right time - safely and compliantly.
In this role, you'll contribute to work that:
  • Supports safe, timely delivery of infusion medications
  • Enables pharmacists and clinicians to focus on patient care
  • Maintains quality, compliance, and consistency in pharmacy operations
  • Strengthens a patient-first, clinician-led organization
While patients may never see this work directly, its impact is felt in every successful delivery and every uninterrupted therapy plan.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Perform pharmacy fulfillment, inventory, and quality tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist
  • Prepare, label, package, and stage prescriptions including sterile admixtures, unit-dose, and prepackaged medications
  • Generate and process batches for prescription preparation and shipment
  • Enter and maintain accurate prescription, inventory, and shipment data in pharmacy systems
  • Generate labels, pick lists, and packages according to dispensing orders
  • Coordinate shipment details with intake, billing, pharmacy staff, and field teams to ensure insurance clearance prior to shipment
  • Communicate prescription updates, shipment status, and delivery details to pharmacists and operational partners
  • Receive, unpack, verify, and document incoming drug and supply deliveries
  • Monitor outbound shipments and ensure delivery documentation is filed accurately and timely
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces
  • Perform and document quality assurance activities
  • Rotate inventory appropriately while maintaining required stock levels
  • Support continuous improvement by staying current on infusion therapies, products, regulations, and best practices
  • Participate in training, quality meetings, and continuing education as required
What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A customer-service mindset applied to behind-the-scenes patient care
  • Comfort working in regulated, process-driven environments
  • Reliability, organization, and pride in doing things the right way
  • A desire to work as part of a collaborative pharmacy team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current, valid Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in the state of employment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) or more years of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Familiarity with home infusion medications
  • Experience with CareTend or similar pharmacy software
You don't need to check every box - we care just as much about how you show up as your background.
Why LUX Infusion
At LUX Infusion, we believe exceptional patient care is powered by thoughtful operations.
Here, you'll find:
  • Purpose-driven work that directly supports patient outcomes
  • A patient-first, clinician-led culture
  • Clear expectations and strong pharmacy leadership
  • A collaborative, safety-focused work environment
  • Opportunities to grow your skills within infusion and specialty pharmacy
Come help ensure every order is prepared with care - and see what's possible when precision supports compassion.
