Job Summary
The Pharmacy Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for supporting daily pharmacy operations through accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This role ensures the proper storage, handling, and distribution of prescription drugs and supplies while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Pay : $18-23 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately
Job Duties:
  • Create, correct, and print shipping labels
  • Perform inventory and warehouse duties:
    • Proper storage of medications and supplies
    • Maintain appropriate refrigeration for perishable products
    • Ensure accurate calibration and monitoring of pharmacy equipment
  • Prepare daily shipment boxes and ensure accuracy and completeness of contents
  • Deliver prepared packages to Shipping, Mail, or Courier departments
  • Monitor prescription drug inventory within the pharmacy computer system to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Receive and verify incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy of product receipts
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring all medications, supplies, and patient education materials are included

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working packing and/or production environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Highly Preferred
  • Large corporation experience
  • Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
  • Pallet Jack Experience
