Who Weโ€™re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Pharmacy Technician Lead Instructor to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! Weekday morning and evening schedules are available.

Schedule is: Monday-Thursday 12:30 pm- 4:30 pm

REMOTE Monday & Wednesday

Location:ย Paramount. CA

Duties & Responsibilities:ย 

  • Instructing students in all aspects of the Pharmacy Technician Field.
  • Reporting and recording student performance and progress.
  • Preparing students in 182 hours of class time, to go on to a 120-hour externship in a retail or hospital Pharmacy.
  • Assisting students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideas appropriate to the health care profession.
  • Providing a professional role model for students.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of California.
  • 3 years of experience in the Pharmacy field.
  • Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.
  • Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
  • Efficient with computers and technology.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class.
