What are some common challenges pharmacy managers face in balancing administrative duties with patient care responsibilities?

Pharmacy Managers often juggle a variety of tasks, including supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventory, and providing direct patient consultations. Building strong communication and teamwork within the pharmacy is essential for maintaining this balance and fostering a positive work environment.
