Pharmacy Technician

Mathes Pharmacy is looking for a dependable, compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a locally owned pharmacy that values patient care over prescription volume, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities


  • Enter and process prescriptions accurately.
  • Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally.
  • Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Receive and stock medication inventory.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
  • National certification (PTCB or ExCPT)

Required:

  • Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
