Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy or high-volume environment.
  • Strong experience in fulfillment operations, scheduling, and team management.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Process-driven mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
