Job Title: Bilingual Pharmacy Advisor Representative (Spanish) โ€“ Remote

100% Remote (Must reside in CST or EST time zones)
Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday | 8 AMโ€“8 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $19.78/hour (W-2)

ย About the Role:

Hiring Bilingual (Spanish-English) Pharmacy Advisor Representatives to supportย clinical outreach program. In this role, youโ€™ll connect with patients to assist with medication refills, provide education on chronic disease management, and help improve health outcomesโ€”all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from patients regarding medication refills and pharmacy services.
  • Educate members on the Pharmacy Advisor program and its benefits.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with medication ordering.
  • Transfer clinical inquiries to licensed pharmacists as needed.
  • Support fax-based requests and cross-train for other clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) โ€“ Required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (75+ calls/day preferred)
  • Recent experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical environments
  • High school diploma or GED โ€“ Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
