What will you be doing?

  • Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.

  • Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, andappropriate usage.

  • Develop and implementterritorybusiness plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.

  • Conduct sales presentations, deliver compelling product messaging, and address customer inquiries effectively.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Utilize data-driven insights toidentifyopportunities, track sales performance, andoptimizeterritory management.

  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines whilemaintainingethical and professional sales practices.

  • Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experiencerequired

  • Rheumatology experience preferred

  • Launch Sales Experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment

  • Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan

  • Some overnight travel will berequired

  • Valid driver's license in good standing

The base pay range for this position is $53K - $98K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
