Job description

We are a growing LTC Pharmacy in Buckhead Atlanta and we are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team!

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a pharmacist, including 1 year in an independent, LTC Pharmacy setting

Prior pharmacy management experience

Working knowledge of FrameworkLTC software

Strong understanding of GA and Federal pharmacy law, including implications for the LTC setting

Prior experience with eMAR

Exceptional understanding of psychiatric pharmacotherapy, with a focus on adolescent mental health

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted, active GA Pharmacist License
  • At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting
  • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy billing, including resolution of rejections and advanced troubleshooting
  • Open availability (Mon-Sat)
  • Willingness to assume on-call duties according to a rotating schedule
  • 40 wpm typing speed
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software programs, including MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to details
