Key Responsibilities : Medication Dispensing: Accurately fill and dispense prescribed medications to patients, ensuring correct dosage and instructions. Prescription Verification: Verify and interpret prescriptions to ensure correctness, appropriateness, and safe usage. Patient Counseling: Counsel patients on the proper usage of medications, including potential side effects, drug interactions, and proper storage. Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to manage and optimize patient medication therapy. Pharmacy Operations: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory control, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
