Home Visits: Provide specialty and core drug infusions, including IVIG and Remicade.

Peripheral IV Management: Perform IV placement and maintenance.

Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to ensure optimal patient care.

Plan of Care: Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:

Licensure: Must hold a current unrestricted RN license in Michigan and valid CPR.

Experience: Prior experience in home healthcare visits is required.

Skills: Experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, injection and self-infusion training, phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, and CVAD knowledge is essential.

Transportation: Must have a reliable car and auto insurance.

Background: Clean background and Urine Drug Screen.

Compliance: Must adhere to regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and client confidentiality.
