This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality nutraceutical products across various dosage forms (capsules, gummies, powders, and tablets) . Duties include:
  • Develop and optimize nutraceutical formulations for various dosage forms, ensuring manufacturability, stability, and optimal performance.
  • Apply fundamental formulation principles related to material behavior, compatibility, and product performance to create effective products.
  • Evaluate ingredient interactions and their impact on product quality, consistency, and shelf life.
  • Identify and troubleshoot formulation challenges across all formats, utilizing structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Recommend formulation modifications to enhance product performance, stability, and manufacturability.
  • Develop and refine scalable, production-ready processes for multiple dosage forms, ensuring smooth transition from development to manufacturing.

Final candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP-regulated facility.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in tablet manufacturing, formulation, or related production processes.
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to:
    • Enter and maintain data in electronic systems
    • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar programs
    • Review digital batch records, SOPs, and technical documents
  • Ability to perform accurate documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement manufacturing.
  • Experience operating tablet presses or similar compression equipment.
  • Experience with formulation scale-up, pilot trials, or process optimization.
  • Familiarity with electronic batch records (EBR), ERP systems, or quality management systems.
  • Experience in gummies and tablets powders is a plus.
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations and documentation practices

Salary Description
Starting at $58,000 DOE
