Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Andover, MA is currently looking for an Quality Assurance Inspector to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector / Pharma Manufacturing
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 48 months
Location: Andover, MA
Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Job Description:
Summary:
The main function of a Quality Assurance Inspector is to ensure that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. A typical Quality Assurance Inspector performs inspections, documents findings, and collaborates with production teams to maintain consistent product quality.Job
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiativesSkills: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory standards Effective communication and documentation skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with quality management systems and software
 
Note:
In the office 5 days a week for the training. 
After the contractor can go Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
 
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor�s degree preferred 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection role
