The Opportunity
As we expand and grow our portfolio and pipeline, we are seeking a Director, Sales Operations & Analytics to lead the strategy, systems, and insights that enable sales excellence and sustainable growth for the US commercial team. Reporting to the VP, US Commercial & Sales Operations, this role will be responsible for all field-facing commercial operations, including sales planning, territory design, incentive compensation, analytics, forecasting, and performance management
This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives in a build environment and wants to shape the future of a growing global aesthetics business.
What You'll Do
Sales Strategy, Planning & Forecasting
  • Support the development of annual and quarterly sales plans in close partnership with VP of Commercial and Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Drive territory design optimization, alignment, and sizing to maximize market opportunity and sales effectiveness
  • Support field and corporate forecasting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders

Incentive Compensation
  • Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans and sales contests aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional incentive compensation governance to ensure fairness, clarity, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance insights and strategic business objectives.

Commercial Operations & Systems
  • Build, optimize, and oversee sales operations infrastructure and reporting ecosystem, including CRM processes, data governance, and reporting accuracy and both field and executive level reporting.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistent field reporting, and effective use of commercial tools
  • Support field onboarding, training, and adoption of systems to drive productivity and execution
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives as the organization scales

Analytics, Data and Performance Management
  • Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards for the field organization and executive management.
  • Build out reporting environment and data warehousing ensuring unified data utilization across all parts of the organization.
  • Deliver actionable insights into sales performance, customer adoption, loyalty, and growth opportunities
  • Enable leadership decision-making through timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles
  • Required experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations; aesthetics experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success supporting U.S. field sales organizations in regulated environments
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as required
  • Ability to work in an office environment, and sit, stand or use computer for extended period of time

Compensation
The most likely base pay range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Hugel Aesthetics. The total compensation could include base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
