We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in Data Centre Project & Construction Management to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex data centre projects, from inception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for managing large-scale infrastructure projects, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end data centre construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and materials acquisition.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and achievements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data centre design, construction, and operational requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Day-to-Day
