Job description

When you join Precision AQ, you become part of a team united by a shared purpose: helping healthcare innovations reach the patients who need them most. Our work supports the launch of new treatments, advances scientific communication, and helps clients navigate complex healthcare challenges. We believe our best work comes from collaboration, diverse perspectives, and a culture where great ideas can come from anyone.

At Precision AQ, success is built on teamwork. We value people who are curious, accountable, and committed to supporting those around them. Our culture is grounded in collaboration, mutual respect, and a shared drive to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Here, you'll work alongside talented colleagues who challenge and inspire one another while making a meaningful impact across healthcare.

The Project Management team is at the center of agency operations, connecting people, processes, and priorities to keep work moving forward. We are strategic problem solvers and trusted partners who collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll play a critical role in balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while helping teams navigate challenges and maintain momentum. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, contribute to a wide range of healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives, and make a measurable impact on client success.

About You

  • You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with individuals across multiple functions and levels.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget.
  • You enjoy leading meetings, driving accountability, and keeping teams aligned around shared goals.
  • You take a solutions-oriented approach and can identify risks, evaluate options, and keep projects moving forward.

About the Role

Reporting to senior project management leadership, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects. You will develop project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables. You will facilitate internal meetings, manage project status communications, and oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.

Helpful Experience

  • Advertising agency experience.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
  • Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes.
  • Experience working within cross-functional client service environments.Â
