Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Information Management Maestro: Handle incoming requests from True Rx Health Strategists staff, clients, and members, providing expert guidance on drug therapy, formulary, and clinical program inquiries. Collaborate with our reporting and analytics team to deliver meaningful insights.
  • Clinical Support Maven: Serve as a trusted clinical resource for clients, business partners, and our dedicated Account Management team, resolving concerns and offering expert guidance.
  • Innovative Program Developer: Contribute to the development and execution of clinical programs aimed at optimizing client and member health outcomes, fostering innovation every step of the way.
  • Medication Therapy Maestro: Provide top-notch medication therapy management services, ensuring members receive the highest quality care and support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree with an active pharmacist license.
  • Previous PBM experience with a strong understanding of P&T strategies and Prior Authorization Guidelines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Pharmacy residency, board certification, and/or significant experience as a clinical pharmacist.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively and demonstrating impeccable organizational skills.
