About the Role
Magruder Hospital is seeking an experienced Patient Financial Services Supervisor to help lead our Revenue Cycle and Patient Financial Services (PFS) operations. This role provides daily oversight of billing, collections, reimbursement, and patient account activities while supporting initiatives that improve cash flow, reduce denials, and strengthen overall revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare revenue cycle professional with strong leadership, billing, and operational expertise.What You'll Do
Revenue Cycle & Patient Financial Services Leadership
Provide daily oversight, direction, and support to Patient Financial Services staff.
Assist in developing revenue cycle strategies that improve billing accuracy and reimbursement outcomes.
Monitor productivity, reimbursement trends, and key performance metrics.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to address billing and collection deficiencies.Billing, Collections & Patient Accounts Support staff with demographic entry, charge entry, claim submission, and account resolution.
Assist with denial management, payment analysis, and third-party billing processes.
Serve as a primary resource for hospital and physician billing questions.
