Position Overview

As Assistant Manager, you'll help run the floor, keep the team sharp, and make sure every guest gets that Jersey Mike's experience--fast, friendly, and done right.

What you'll do


  • Support the Manager with daily operations and shift leadership
  • Coach team members on speed, accuracy, and customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, cash handling, and shift counts
  • Step in as the lead when the Manager is off
What we're looking for


  • Shift lead/supervisor experience in food service preferred
  • Strong communication and a "no excuses" work ethic
  • Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
