Job description

Not based in Oklahoma City. Travel required.

We’re hiring people to work on petition and ballot signature collection in other states. It’s paid, hands-on work talking to real people in public places.

If you’ve worked in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or canvassing, you’ll probably be comfortable here. If not, that’s okay — we train people who are willing to learn and show up ready to work.

This job is about approaching strangers at places like grocery stores, DMVs, and community events, explaining an issue clearly, and collecting valid signatures. You’ll be working outside, on your feet, up to six days a week.

We cover airfare and lodging (shared hotel rooms). You’ll travel with other staff, work hard during the day, and have your evenings free. It’s straightforward work, but it takes focus, patience, and a good attitude.

This job is a good fit if you
• Are comfortable starting conversations with people in public places
• Are friendly, professional, and easy to work with
• Can follow rules and pay attention to details
• Can handle a full day of outdoor work
• Are open to traveling for work

Requirements
• Willing to travel for one to three months
• Comfortable sharing a room with another staff member
• Reliable cell phone
• Valid government ID and ability to pass a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Team Leaders must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record

We train the right people, pay on time, and promote people who do the work well. Employer-sponsored health and dental insurance after 90 days of consecutive work.

If traveling for paid work sounds appealing and you like talking to people, we’d like to talk.

AMT is an equal opportunity employer. Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment and employees, and not to discriminate because of race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, or disability.

Company Description

Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We will train the right candidates.
Our staff come from diverse professional backgrounds. Employees who excel will have opportunities to advance into leadership roles quickly. You should apply if you are honest, outgoing, enthusiastic, and have a strong work ethic.
