YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As the Pest Control Service Manager at Rowland Pest Management, you'll oversee a Monday through Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday. Your role involves multifaceted responsibilities. You'll lead and motivate our team of pest control technicians, manage expenses efficiently, and address customer inquiries and concerns. Your dedication to customer service, financial acumen, and leadership skills are critical to maintaining our high service standards and industry reputation. QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of experience as a pest control manager

3+ years in the pest control industry is a plus but not required.
