Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Manage day to day operations of a pest control route for commercial and residential pest control

· Follow a daily route schedule ensuring timely arrival at each stop while managing routine monthly route of customers

· Apply pesticides to homes, business, facilities, etc. in accordance to Quality Pro / Green Pro standards, safety procedures, SDS and label instructions

· Discuss scope of services provided to customers, answer customers questions regarding service

· Direct customers to call the office to schedule service calls

· Fill out and turn in legible, accurate and concise work orders

· Communicate daily with service coordinator via email, text and / or phone

· Call customers to confirm call ahead appointments

· Be responsible for managing a clean vehicle, equipment and uniform

· Travel to home office in Lutz, FL once a month to pick up products, supplies, have meetings, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Minimum 1 year indoor pest control route based experience

· Valid Driver’s License

· Mandatory drug screening and background check

· Highly motivated individual with positive attitude

· Desire to work on a team

· Good communication skills

· Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times as outlined

· Work well independently

Requirements:

· Route based indoor pest control – 1 year

· Company vehicle – must be keep in a garage or covered nightly

Salary based on experience

· $62,400 - $72,800 (plus commission)
