Pest Control Technician — Starting at $21.00/hour | No Experience Necessary Must Be 21+ Years Old (Automobile Insurance Requirement)

Regal Pest Control is seeking a full-time technician to join our team to conduct pest control services.

You'll perform general pest control services for insects, rodents, and spiders as part of your day-to-day route. We're looking for someone who's dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to learn a trade that's both in demand and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pest control services for homes and businesses.
  • Identify pest entry-points and report conditions contributing to infestations.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and next steps.
  • Use ladders and hand tools to access hard-to-reach areas and apply treatments.
  • Work independently while following safety protocols and service procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 or older (automobile insurance requirement).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable using ladders and working at heights.
  • Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
