Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients while ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in various environments.
Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
  • Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs and environmental considerations.
  • Equipment/machinery as necessary for pest control applications.
  • Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and regulations, including proper usage of PPE.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details, client interactions, and follow-up recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pest control is required, ongoing training will be provided.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques to effectively communicate service benefits to clients.
  • Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or agricultural practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate pest control equipment/machinery safely and efficiently.
