Our Customer Services Representatives, or CSRs, work closely with our internal teams to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

Customer Service Representatives take and handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and SMS messages all while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. They are committed to quality and pride themselves in the details. They are friendly and upbeat when corresponding with customers and peers. The primary responsibilities of the CSR position include:

  • Scheduling and routing Technicians to appointments
  • Providing amazing customer service through multiple modes of communication
  • Building positive relationships with peers, technicians, and sales professionals
  • Completing audits and running and analyzing reports, as assigned
  • Following up with customers and checking for overall account satisfaction
  • Notating detailed customer notes on accounts

  • Complete a background check/drug screen
  • Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
  • Be willing to work Monday - Friday, alternating Saturdays and some holidays

Specific consideration will be given to candidates who meet the above qualifications and:

  • Bilingual
  • Have 6+ months of experience of customer service experience, specifically communicating using phone answering and relay systems, email and/or SMS
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to type 60 WPM
