Job description

Position Summary

The Clinical Operations Coordinator serves as the clinical operations leader for the Physician Extender Service (PES). The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical oversight of Engagement Specialists, validates AI-assisted documentation, reviews moderate-risk patient encounters, coordinates physician escalation when indicated, and supports quality assurance and continuous improvement. The RN complements-but does not replace-the patient's existing healthcare team and serves as the clinical bridge between Engagement Specialists, consulting physicians, and the patient's treating provider.
