  • Adjusting therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and behavioral responses, ensuring a tailored experience in every session.
  • Collaborating with case management professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
  • Employing crisis management strategies effectively to support clients in urgent situations.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation through electronic medical records (EMR) and utilizing remote communication tools.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients, facing issues ranging from major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, and trauma. Understanding the unique concerns of these populations will be paramount as you develop therapeutic alliances and contribute positively to their mental wellness journeys.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • A clear record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing interruptions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in digital platforms for therapy and familiarity with online therapeutic environments.
  • Advanced crisis intervention skills and experience in secondary settings.
  • A solid understanding of ethical considerations and cultural competencies in mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package which includes:

  • Life and disability insurance, offering peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect you as you work.

  • Minimal paperwork to allow you to focus on your therapeutic practice.
  • A full caseload that provides a busy yet fulfilling work schedule.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure you are well taken care of.
