Position Overview

Provides administrative HR support for personnel processing and employee services, ensuring accurate and timely execution of personnel actions. This role supports a nationwide workforce by maintaining records, processing transactions, and resolving employee inquiries.

Scope of Work Oversight

  • Personnel processing and employee records management

  • Payroll, benefits, and HR transaction support

  • Employee services and inquiry resolution

  • HR systems management (eOPF, NFC, SAP, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process personnel actions and maintain employee records

  • Support payroll, benefits, and HR transactions

  • Respond to employee inquiries

  • Maintain HR systems and documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • 3+ years of HR or administrative support experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Work Environment

  • Primarily on-site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs

  • Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis depending on business requirements
