The Role

We are seeking a warm, attentive, and dependable Personalized Living Aide to join our team at Martha Franks!

In this key direct-care role, you will work closely with our residents to provide individualized support with daily activities, ensuring they maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
  • Individualized Care Delivery: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene according to their personalized care plan.

  • Resident Engagement & Support: Provide compassionate companionship, assist residents with light housekeeping tasks, and encourage participation in daily campus activities and social events.

  • Observation & Reporting: Observe and report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition promptly to the Personalized Living Manager or shift supervisor.

  • Meal & Wellness Support: Assist residents during mealtimes, help monitor hydration and nutrition, and support safe movement throughout the community.

  • Safety & Dignity: Maintain resident privacy, confidentiality, and dignity at all times while upholding safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), or CNA in a Senior Living, Assisted Living, or Home Health setting preferred.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
