MORAVIAN ACADEMYGifted SpecialistFull-Time • 10-Month • Swain Campus • Grades 1–8 In the role of Gifted Specialist, you'll be the architect of possibility for students whose minds move faster, dig deeper, and ask harder questions than the standard curriculum anticipates. You'll identify gifted learners across grades 1–8, design challenge-based and accelerated learning experiences, and partner with classroom teachers to extend the curriculum rather than simply speed through it.This isn't extra worksheets for kids who finish early. It's a deliberate, evidence-based program built to keep our most advanced learners curious, challenged, and growing - supported with the same rigor and intention we bring to every other kind of learning difference.You'll use assessment data to identify students for gifted programming, author and monitor individualized Gifted IEPs, and serve as a key voice on our Student Support Team.
