WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead the Personal Shopping business, with accountability for sales performance, client growth, team productivity, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
  • Own and execute the regional Personal Shopping strategy, translating business objectives into clear commercial priorities, sales targets, and client development initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth and productivity, with each fully ramped Personal Shopper.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and strengthen the VIC client portfolio, increasing engagement and spend from existing clients while cultivating new high-value relationships.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Personal Shopping team through clear expectations, ongoing coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Analyze sales, client, and productivity data to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, forecast results, and drive sustainable year-on-year growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, clienteling tools, and best practices that improve productivity, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the overall client experience.
  • Partner closely with Distribution Center, Events, Marketing, and other key functions to strengthen VIC service levels, improve operational processes, and deliver a seamless end-to-end client journey.
  • Lead and support strategic client activations, events, and brand partnerships that deepen client relationships and create meaningful commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee consignment activity and related processes, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for Personal Shopping, championing the needs of our VIC clients and identifying opportunities to continuously evolve and strengthen the Personal Shopping proposition.
