Job description

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs / Caregivers) to provide hands-on care and support to our senior residents. If you're compassionate, dependable, and looking for meaningful work in senior living, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  • Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition

  • Document care accurately and timely

  • Follow safety and infection control guidelines

  • Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided)

  • CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

  • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
