Job Description:

  • Operates Offline Die Cutter Machine to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications:
  • Operate Die Cutter machine, troubleshoot and monitor operation.
  • Prepares Die Cutter by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by adjusting the die and register for pressure and cutting.
  • Perform a variety of make ready tasks for high productivity and precision operations, resolves defects and adjustments to produce high quality product.
  • Oversee General technicians working on equipment.
  • Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality.
  • Ensure efficient and rapid make ready, with unloading and loading
  • Ensures finished product exceeds customer expectations.
  • Ensure all checklists are completed.
  • Support and communicate all ISO standards and quality objectives.
  • Complies with cGMP, HACCP Food Safety Requirements and Chain of Custody Program Requirements.
  • Maintains and follows all company policies and procedures for safety, personal protection and hazard materials/waste handling according to established guidelines.
  • Follows all personal protection procedures by use of appropriate PPE at all times.
